Booth must remain set up until 4:00 pm Sunday…NO EXCEPTIONS! People are paying to see the show till 4:00pm. Booth must be vacated by 9:00 pm Sunday.
Motels: The only motel we are recommending is the Country Heath Inn with an Olympic style pool in a large glass domed courtyard plus a Spa, Lounge, comedy club, etc. It is a little faded since its glory days but still very nice and very affordable. Tell them you are with the Northern Wisconsin Deer Classic for special Deer Classic rate.

EXHIBITOR PACKETS: Packets should be picked up before you set up your booth. Exhibitors will receive (4) badges for first booth purchased, 1 badge for each additional booth purchased. Extra badges may be purchased for $5.00 each. EXHIBITOR MUST WEAR BADGES WITH PERSONS NAME AT ALL TIMES.
ELECTRICITY: electricity ordered before the show is $45.00, electricity purchased at the show is $55.00.
Table & Chair rental: Must be ordered before the show. Form is also on line at: www.deer-expo.com
REMINDER: You may move in beginning at 8:00 am on Friday morning of the show ONLY!!! Please be completely moved in by 1:00pm Friday to allow 2 hours for Exhibitor shopping and to enable the show to secure the building before the show opens at 3:00pm. Please avoid making excessive noise when using videos, etc. It is important that the aisles remain open and do not become blocked. Please do not block the view of other exhibitor booths on either side. Sidewalls of display are not to come out more than 4 feet from the back of your booth at a height greater than 30 inches.
PARKING FOR EHIBITORS: FREE...FREE...FREE...FREE...
Some exhibitors need to access their trucks/trailers during the show to replenish merchandise sold during the show. Please do not block the vehicle doors for those exhibitors who truly need to access their vehicles during the show. All exhibitor vehicles should be parked at the back of the building.
